Chief Executive Officer

Alastair is currently the only employee of the Oversight Trust and he acts as Chief OperatingExecutive Officer and Company Secretary.

 

The role is to be responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with the Operating Companies, making arrangements around the Oversight Trust's oversight activities and all other administration of the Company including ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, producing the consolidated group annual report and recording the minutes of Board meetings. - read more about Alastair
