Meera Craston (Non-Executive Director and Impact Expert for Governance Review Group)

Meera Craston is an Executive Coach, Strategic Adviser and social impact specialist with over twenty years' experience helping organisations across the social impact sector navigate complexity, strengthen decision-making and improve their impact.

Meera has held senior leadership roles across the charity, research and evaluation sectors, including as Senior Director in the Public Affairs Division at Ipsos UK, Executive Director of the UK Evaluation Society and Head of Evidence at Macmillan Cancer Support. Her career has focused on helping organisations generate and use evidence, mobilise knowledge and create the conditions for learning and improvement.

Alongside her executive coaching practice, Meera works as a strategic adviser to social purpose organisations, supporting leaders and organisations to navigate complexity, strengthen strategy and translate insight into action. She is also a Trustee of New Philanthropy Capital, reflecting her longstanding commitment to strengthening the social impact sector.
