Mike was previously a senior partner at Deloitte, where he led the formation and growth of their Sustainability Advisory practice. He also served for nine years on the Audit and Risk Committee of the Royal National Institute of Blind People, the latter half as Chair. He brings extensive leadership experience across governance, risk, and organisational transformation, with a strong track record of guiding complex, purpose-driven organisations through periods of change and growth.
