Call for Evidence – Access Quadrennial Review

Updated: 12 minutes ago

The Oversight Trust has launched the second Independent Quadrennial Review of Access – The Foundation for Social Investment and is inviting stakeholders to share their views.

Access plays a crucial role in helping charities and social enterprises build financial resilience, grow trading income, and access the right kind of investment to increase their impact. Through grants, blended finance, and innovative funding tools, Access supports organisations working in underserved communities and drives systems change across the social investment sector.

The Review Panel — Keith Leslie, Magdalene Bayim-Adomako, and Lucy Findlay, supported by Fiona Young Priest as Secretariat — will assess Access’s progress and explore opportunities for continued impact. All responses will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with Access.

We want to hear from anyone with insights or experiences of working with Access or the wider social investment ecosystem. Your input will help shape the future of Access and ensure that social investment continues to work for those who need it most.

Submit your response or request more information by 31 October 2025 atquadrennialreview@oversighttrust.org
